SHIPPING

  • FREE USPS SHIPPING within the contiguous United States for most items.

  • Orders usually ship within 3 days of receiving payment.

  • When your items is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email to allow delivery status tracking.

  • Shipping is not available for original paintings at this time. Please contact me so we can arrange pick up of your painting. (I am located in the Piedmont area of North Carolina.)

  • If you are not satisfied, contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Return items within 30 days of delivery. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.)

  • Purchase price will be refunded once returned item has been received.

  • Cancellations can only be accepted if request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

COMMISSIONS

It is an honor and privilege to be asked to create a piece of art and I strive to make the experience enjoyable for you and I. Below is a list of things to consider if you are interested in commissioning a custom piece of art.

  • I work from photographs. I prefer a detailed primary photo reference and a few secondary photos to help me get to know the subject.

  • I can accommodate changes to clothing, custom background scenes and colors, provided I have swatches or photos to use as reference.

  • After discussing your expectations, a contract is presented and a 30% deposit is requested in order to secure a block of my time so I can begin planning and developing your artwork.

  • An initial pencil sketch will be provided via email, usually within 3 weeks of receiving the signed contract.

  • Once the finalized sketch is approved, the work on your final art will begin.

  • Depending on workload, completion of your final art normally takes 3-6 weeks. The entire process from signed contract to delivery of finished art usually takes 4-9 weeks.

  • Finished art is on art board but not mounted or framed.
